Conarch Properties PVt Ltd is a local private limited company registered under the COBE Act (Chapter 24:31). The business is currently operating as Conarch Contracting and it began its general construction works in 2014 before it was incorporated as Conarch Properties (Pvt) Ltd. Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated contextual skills, know-how and experiences in design and build solutions. we do Brickwork, Blockwork, Formwork, Plastering, Concrete Floors & Slabs, Tiling, Painting, Paving, Bridgeworks, Construction Project management services, building trades and related engineering works.
Today, Conarch Contracting takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs a lot of proiect management services by coordinating specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects. To add value on our services, our clients also get our design input and engineering solutions in the process of our work.
SAFETY
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees is of vital importance to us, which is why we go the extra mile to ensure that our employees always have their safety wear on. With hazards such as bricks falling from great heights and poisonous fumes always present, the construction environment poses constant potential health threats. To reduce the chances of occupational injury, we provide safety wear to all our employees and ensure that, through our site managers, safety specifications are observed and met at all times. The site manager conducts routine checks throughout the day to make sure that employees are safe at all times and that there is no risk posed to their health or safety.
